‘Yes to Tomatoes’ Charcoal Facial Wipes Review

I received the full size version (30 wipes) of this product in a Vegan Cuts Beauty Box.

To start off, I want to say that I love the Yes To brand, because they are Leaping Bunny certified, and their products are made with natural ingredients. That being said, I am not really a fan of these face wipes.

On their website, Yes To states that this product is for all skin types, but as someone with dry skin I have to disagree. These wipes certainly do their job of taking making off quickly and easily, but they leave my face feeling very dry. I would definitely recommend that people with dry skin stay away from this, but those with normal or oily skin should be safe.

The ‘Tomatoes’ collection by Yes To is for acne prone skin, so I can see why the wipes would have a drying effect, as that is what most acne products do to try and eliminate acne.

Price-wise, these wipes are generally $5.99 USD, which is approximately $8.00 CAD. This price is similar to brands such as Simple and Clean & Clear, and slightly less expensive than Neutrogena. However, most of the other brands mentioned sell wipes in packages of 25 rather than 30.

If you know any brands with makeup wipes that are friendly to dry skin, leave me a comment and I will be sure to try them!

  1. At first I thought they were tomato face wipes haha, I was quite confused. But it’s just the brand name!

    • Ahh I see the confusion, I changed the title a bit, hopefully that helps separate the brand from the product name!

Thank you for your comment, I checked out your site and followed! 🙂
