While in Chinook Mall a few weeks ago, I looked around the Pandora store. I’ve been lusting over the rose Timeless Elegance ring for about a year now, so I tried it on and contemplated buying it for the hundredth time. My boyfriend then reminded me that one of my rings (the My Princess ring) was broken and needed to be repaired. My best friend gifted me the ring for my birthday a few years ago, so it means a lot to me. Remembering that I had the ring in my purse, I pulled it out to show an employee.
I explained the situation to the employee, and she asked for my name. She wasn’t able to find me in the system, so I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to help me. The employee said she would be right back, so we waited for her to return, unsure of what to expect. When the employee came back, she told me that they would replace the ring for me, at no cost! I was shocked, I wasn’t sure exactly what I was expecting them to say, but it definitely wasn’t that.
After checking that the new ring fit me, I was on my way.
I love Pandora products, so now knowing that they have an incredible replacement policy, I am more confident in purchasing jewelry from them in the future.
I thought I would share this experience here, in case anyone was hesitant in buying Pandora products.
